Terms of use, privacy and disclaimer
Updated: 3 October 2026
1. Your images and rights
By uploading photos, illustrations, text or other material, you confirm that you have the right to use them for personalised printing. Check copyright, trademarks, rights relating to images of people and privacy. Do not send material whose printing would violate the law or other people’s rights. If a claim arises concerning material you send, you are responsible for the right to use it.
2. Layout and production
The editor shows an approximate product preview. Sizes are measured manually and may vary by 1–2 mm. Screen colours can differ from printed colours; the result also depends on the material, source photo quality and printing method. Before sending your order, check the product, sides, quantity, image placement and PDF. Include any questions when sending your PDF.
3. Disclaimer
The editor is a tool for arranging and exporting your design. DrukDar does not check the legality of uploaded material and cannot guarantee identical colour or appearance on every screen and material. Check your PDF before sending it; discuss the feasibility of a specific design with us before printing.
4. What is stored on your device
Photos, layout settings, quantity and contact details entered in the order form are processed in your browser. Save editing stores the current cart, including photos, in this browser on this device. These data are not synchronised across devices and can be lost if you clear site data, use private browsing or the browser removes local storage.
The website does not send uploaded photos, layouts, contact fields or generated PDFs to the DrukDar server while you edit or save locally. Web hosting receives the ordinary technical requests needed to open pages and the catalogue. The PDF is created in your browser. When you choose Share, the file is sent through the app you select to its recipient under that app’s rules.
5. Sending your order
Saving the cart locally does not send an order to DrukDar. We receive your layout and contact details only after you send the PDF yourself to our Telegram @drukdar_bot. To remove your saved cart, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
6. Ordering, payment, delivery and cancellation
Rules for ordering, deposits, delivery, cancellation and significant defects are explained on the “How to order from DrukDar”page. Sending a PDF or photo does not confirm an order: agree on specifications, price and timing with support. You may cancel before production begins.
7. Optional consent to show the finished product
The order form lets you separately allow DrukDar to use photos of the finished product as examples of its work. This consent is optional and does not affect your ability to order. If you tick the box, consent is noted on the first PDF page. Without the tick, no permission is added to the PDF.
8. How the tool works
The editor helps prepare a design and PDF but does not check rights to uploaded material or guarantee that every photo has sufficient print quality. If your browser does not support local storage or your device has too little space, the editor shows a saving error. In that case, download the PDF and send it before closing the page.
If you have questions about ordering or how data are used, message DrukDar on Telegram @drukdar_bot.
